Intertech provides marketing automation technology via related advertising tools (collectively – the “Ad Network”).

1.1. The Ad Network is a platform for placing ads on websites, in mobile apps. Intertech is the owner of the Ad Network and the controller of personal data processed under this Privacy Policy. It means that Intertech determines the purposes and means of processing of the personal data.

2. Purposes and legal bases for the processing
2.1. Intertech processes personal data to provide the opportunity to use the Ad Network to its partners; to show ads to end users; to comply with applicable laws; to promote the Ad Network; to improve the Ad Network; to provide security of the Ad Network; to protect Intertech’s legal rights.
2.2. When doing so, Intertech relies on (1) the necessity of the processing for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; (2) the necessity of the processing of personal data to comply with its legal obligations; (3) the necessity of the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Intertech or its partners. Intertech also relies on (4) a consent of a data subject to process his or her personal data.

5.1. Intertech may transfer personal data of the data subjects to third countries, including those that do not provide the same level of data protection as in the country of your residence. 6. Storage periods
Intertech stores personal data as long as it is required to achieve the purposes of the processing specified in section 2 of this Privacy Policy, unless there are no specific data retention terms set out in applicable laws.
7. Basic rights of data subjects
The data subjects, in respect of their personal data have rights to:

9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
When Article 77 of the GDPR applies, a data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the member state of the European Union of his or her habitual residence, place of work or of an alleged infringement of applicable law.

Intertech collects personal data from the partners or their representatives themselves. End users’ personal data may be obtained from the end users themselves or from the partners of the Ad Network. Personal data of visitors of Intertech’s website is collected from such visitors themselves.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Intertech may change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. If so, Intertech notifies the data subjects about material changes by an appropriate method.
